These terms govern your use of the Altrix Research website and any research subscription purchased from Altrix Research Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Registration No. INH000012345). By subscribing, you accept these terms in full.

Scope of service: subscriptions entitle you to the research recommendations, delivery channels and support standards described on the plan page at the time of purchase. Research is provided for your personal, non-transferable use and may not be redistributed, republished or resold without written consent.

Delivery and renewal: recommendations are delivered by SMS, WhatsApp and email to the contact details in your KYC record. Subscriptions renew only with your explicit consent. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Risk acknowledgement: research recommendations carry market risk and may result in loss. The firm does not guarantee returns, and nothing in any recommendation constitutes an offer to transact in securities on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions executed in your own account.

Termination: either party may terminate a subscription for convenience as described in the Refund Policy. The firm may suspend or terminate service immediately for misuse, redistribution of research, or abusive conduct towards staff.

Amendments: Altrix Research reserves the right to amend these terms; material changes are communicated to active subscribers by email at least 15 days before taking effect.
