Refund Policy

Terms on which research subscription fees may be refunded.

Fees paid towards research subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has begun, as research is a consumable service delivered continuously through the subscription term.

A full refund is available within 7 calendar days of payment if no research recommendations have been delivered to you in that period. Requests should be sent to support@altrixresearch.com from the registered email address.

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval. Any gateway charges incurred at the time of payment may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Duplicate payments, failed-service periods caused by an outage attributable to the firm, and subscription terminations initiated by the firm for regulatory reasons are refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the term.

Fees paid are strictly towards research services and are not investment amounts; nothing in this policy alters the market risk borne by your own trading decisions.
