Altrix Research collects only the data required to deliver its research services and to meet its obligations under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations and anti-money-laundering guidelines: identity documents (PAN and Aadhaar), contact details (phone, email, address), economic profile as declared by you, and service-usage records such as delivery logs and support tickets.

KYC documents are collected solely for regulatory verification. They are stored encrypted, retained only for the period required by regulation, and are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service data (delivery logs, complaint records, billing history) is used to operate and improve the service, and may be processed by trusted processors — such as SMS and WhatsApp delivery providers and payment gateways — strictly to the extent needed to perform their function.
