Investor Charter

This charter sets out the services Altrix Research provides to its subscribers, the standards you may hold us to, and the rights you retain as an investor under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

What you can expect from us: research recommendations with defined entry, target and stop-loss levels; timely delivery through the channels you have opted into; follow-up messages on every open recommendation; honest, written review of closed calls — wins and losses alike; and transparent, GST-invoiced billing with no hidden charges.

What we will never do: guarantee or assure returns; ask for your Demat login, trading password or OTP; accept funds into any personal bank account; or publish a recommendation that has not passed the desk's dual-review process.

Your rights as an investor: to receive research only after risk profiling; to receive the full rationale behind any recommendation; to raise a complaint and receive a written resolution within 15 working days; and to escalate unresolved grievances through SEBI SCORES.
